Tea by the sea - Loose Tea

Serving Suggestion: 3 scoops per person.

Calm: 

Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Take yourself away to a calm and glittering sea. Feel the peace. 

A refreshing and calming blend that is great to drink any time of day. Great for before meditation or during stressful times. 

Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Chamomile flower and Peppermint.

Taste: Mellow, gentle notes of apple coupled with the bright citrusy taste of lemon. 

Cwtch: 

Everywhere else they hug but it's only in Wales that we Cwtch. Feet up and cosy up with our warming blend... ahhh! 

Ingredients: Whole flower hibiscus and cinnamon. 

Taste: A cranberry like flavour with a warming twist.
