100% Coconut Oil Dog Soap - Triple Soap Gift Set

A fabulous gift set containing one of each of variety of our very own homemade coconut oil soap. Made using the Hot Process Method which gives a more rustic looking soap and it does not need to cure as long as Cold Process Soap but otherwise is exactly the same.

Coconut oil gives a high foaming and highly cleansing soap. Perfect for those stinky paws, mucky muzzles and patches of fox poo all dogs seem to love. Also fantastic for greasy coats.

Our coconut oil soap contains nothing but coconut oil, lye, water and essential oils where scented. We use poppy seeds or oatmeal for added 'grip'. We all know how slippery a wet dog can be.

This pack contains one each of our Unperfumed with Oatmeal. Lavender and Poppy Seed & Bug Busting Lemongrass, Citronella, Peppermint and Spearmint with Poppy Seed and coloured with natural Spirulina.

How to use

A handy leaflet is included with every purchase but a very wet coat is key, rub directly on to the coat and use the bar itself to scrub. It will lather up quickly. Rinse well - and you are done!

Allow soap to dry out between baths, keep spare bars in a cool, dry place. Other than that soap is low maintenance!

I retrained as a professional dog groomer a number of years ago now and during this time I discovered , to my amazement, that there is no legislation around dog shampoos and other skin care products at all. This means there no requirement to list ingredients or even any control over what ingredients are used.

I was hearing all the time of dog groomers with skin problems, dogs with skin problems and at the same time I was becoming more and more aware of the issues around pollution, plastic and chemical and this led to extensive reading around the subject and eventually The Dog and I was born.
